Wayne has mentioned in recent interviews that he is currently doing the Master Cleanse. After eleven days he has lost 14 pounds, and his joint pain has decreased. He says that this cleanse is a way to get out of the comfort zone. Eating all the time actually makes your cells lazy, and fasting or doing a cleanse like this can strengthen them. There are some variations to the Master Cleanse, but most of them include lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Here is a sample recipe.
•2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
•2 Tablespoons Grade B Maple Syrup
•1/8 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
•10 ounces distilled water
